  1. Shop Turnaround Time 

  • Current TAT is 14-27 business days not including weekends, holidays and/or vacations that are planned and announced ahead of time.

3. Mistakes may happen! If you have any issues with an order you received, you have 48 hours to reach out.

       -Wear and tear are not covered as a defect or error. 

4. No refunds will be given once an order is placed. Once orders are placed, no changes can be made to your order. Please pay attention to TAT when placing season specific orders, no refunds will be given for orders placed without consideration of TAT. NO EXCEPTIONS. 
should a refund be deemed necessary, it will be in the form of shop credit. 

  • We do not accept exchanges. 
  • Please read all descriptions within the listings carefully before purchasing.

  • ALL SALES ARE FINAL! 

5.Shipping Questions

Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages. We provide tracking with every purchase, and thus can not help any further besides resending tracking information. We encourage you to contact your local USPS office.

  • We are not responsible for replacing or refunding the items that may be lost, stolen, or damaged in shipping. 

  • Unfortunately we cannot be held responsible for damaged packages or damage to products that occurred during shipping. You can however contact the mail carrier and depending on the case they should be able to help you. 

6. Oversold Items

Unfortunately our system can oversell items - it’s something that is completely out of our control. If you purchase something that is oversold, we will issue you a refund and send you an email to let you know. We won't know if an item is oversold until AFTER your label is printed. Orders that have an order sold item can not be canceled or altered in any way as the order will have already been shipped by the time you receive the email. 

7. Care Instructions

-Avoid excessive stretching

-Roll bracelet on and off

-Avoid getting jewelry wet

-To clean your items, wipe gently with a damp cloth, pat dry, and lay on a flat surface.

-hand wash in cold water for all clothing items.

OUR PRODUCTS ARE RECOMMENDED TO BE WORN UNDER THE SUPERVISION OF AN ADULT. NEVER LEAVE CHILD UNATTENDED, AS PRODUCT COULD POTENTIALY BECOME A CHOKING HAZARD. 

DUE TO THE DIMENSION'S OF DIFFERENT BEADS, DESIGNS MAY VARY BASED ON THE SIZE OF BRACELET CHOSEN. COLORS MAY VARY FROM PICTURE DUE TO DIFFERENCES IN SUPPLIERS. 

We are a small family business and love spending nights and weekends with our kids. I will respond to any inquiries as fast as possible and within a reasonable time frame - excluding nights and weekends.
